Return & Exchange Policies

We accept non food items that are in new condition, unused condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.  They must be accompanied by a receipt.


Our pet foods carry a 100% customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

If your pet dislikes any food that you have purchased, the unused portion can be returned with 14 days for a full refund. You must bring in the following items at the time of return to qualify for a refund:

1.  Sales Receipt

2.  Unused Food

3.  Original Packaging with lot number and expiration dates



Personal information such as name, address, phone number and email address are kept confidential and not shared with any third-part sources. 


Credit card information is not stored in any way in our point of sales system and is submitted directly to our banking institution via our secure payment processing terminal. 


Dogs are always welcome in the store.  However, they must be on a leash at all times and their owner must have complete control over their behavior.  Furthermore, the owner is responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet.

Special & Standing Order
